The shoreline  edges and bays froze over earlier this week but has melted overnight with the brisk winds and above freezing weather. It should ice over this coming Monday night with the -8 temperatures forecasted and no wind and stay frozen. Lake temps are 37 Deg. The  2 week outlook shows below freezing for daytime temperatures in the second week of the forecast.

Cold water temperatures have sunk the weeds weeks ago and very windy conditions the past week has the lake infused with oxygen unlike last years conditions. Can’t ask for much more besides freezing up later, the lake typically ices over the 3rd week of November but do get shore ice and bays icing up first.
