A lengthy stretch of cool wet weather looks to leave us Wednesday as sunshine and warmer weather return and peaking next weekend with highs of25-27 Deg forecasted! Winter, Summer, Spring and now Summer temps making it a first for weather swings after a later than typical ice off. Chironomids have been coming off, swallows are feeding and the fish are starting to get more active this weekend after a slow week of fishing. Zucchinis, black and silver rib, Whiskey Dicks for chironomids in size 16’s have caught fish. Some fishers doing quite well, most though struggling in the cool rainy weather, wind has been light. Creeks are swollen with the melting mountain snow, frost coming out and now the rain which still has water visibility fair but slowly clearing.
