Mild conditions continue with the odd cold night. Lake ice is 17-18 inches thick with packed snow/ice with an inch of powder snow on top. A foot and a half snow at the lower areas around the lake with higher amounts in drifts. Fishing has been slow with some fish caught in shallow water less than 4 feet and in the 10-12 foot range. krill and worms have been working under a flasher. Fish are attracted to the flasher but ignore the bait most times. There are no slushy areas of the lake, all hardpacked snow/ice.
