Sept.28/15

Fall has arrived to the Tunkwa area, with morning temps are often dipping to -5!

Hunting pressure has been extremely light, but feed back from the few that are out, is sounding good. Moose are rutting, bulls are on the cows. Some bigger mulie bucks have been seen by hunters, just not providing them good shots. Guests harvested a nice ‘brown phased’ black bear on the weekend. Seems to be more bear sitings so far this fall. Grouse are just so-so.

We’re looking forward to the Oct.1 “any buck” openeiong, and should see some animals start to come in..
