2025 Fishing Reports

Sept. 20,25

Lake water temps have dropped a week ago with some mornings down to 61.5. We have over 2 weeks of calm warm conditions and fish were deep in the weeds, last Saturday we had a good wind all day and Sunday morning the temp was 61.5 from 69-70 surface temps, that cooler water at the bottom of the lake mixed with the surface warmer water resulting in happy fish Sunday to currently. Warm weather is still with us during the day but cools down at night and with the lake being so shallow water temps rise and fall rapidly. Worms under a float working well, wedding band with black bead dabbed with a piece of worm trolled through the middle of the lake worked well. Skunk quick fish and hot pink hotshots also picked up fish.

Good luck to participants next week in the:
