Sept. 14,18

Fish have been caught in shallow water the past week as water temperatures have been dropping fast with unseasonal cooler temps in the weather patterns. Ruby Eye leeches, maroon leeches, black leeches and the Blue Maroon leech. Black and silver speckle seems to be working the best for Kwik fish and hot shot patterns and the good old worm under a float or trolled behind a wedding band also produced fish. Fishing has been a bit tough but fish are being caught. Night Hawks have been feeding on something hatching as they are seen swooping and diving to take something off the surface.
