Sept.19/16

Fishing remained steady to good this past week, even with some of the storms moving through.

The trout are feeding shallow now, gorging on the scuds living in the green weed beds. Fishing any attractor pattern flies, or spinners/spoons in the weed openings, or weed edges will get you into fish.
Worms fished shallow under a float continues to be very productive as well.

Trollers saw mixed results, fishing near the shallows is hard to do, but fish were being caught.
Fall time, with cooler nigh-time temps, typically see Tunkwa clear right up, and the schools of fish move into the warmer shallow water, and put the feed bag on, it can be some incredible fishing, with even some sight fishing opportunities!Don’t put the rod away yet!.
