Light winds from various directions to calm conditions the last few days has the hatches spread out though the lake, small chirononids and size 14 light green have been coming off and some bomber size dark greens have been coming off.
Mayflies have started to hatch and dragon fly casings were seen over the shallow weed beds. #14 light green flies have been working and #10 Coppertops and Cranberry blood worms fished just off the bottom produced fish. Gang trolls, Kwick fish, hot shots and wedding ring in green was working well.
Today a nice steady breeze of 10-15km through the day should set up the lake to fish better than the past few days where some were doing well while others had a tougher time.
